This vehicle would be used by my grandparents as what could be their last vehicle. After a few minutes at the dealership, we were introduced to Kenneth Tong. He was very open, listened to us, and asked questions to discover how to meet our needs. Not once throughout the process did he push into buying anything extra. Not once did Kenneth put any pressure on us to make the sale. Throughout the number of vehicles I have purchased and the number by grandparents have purchased, we all agreed, this was the most positive and simple car-buying experience we have ever had. We were told by someone, other than Kenneth, the vehicle would be ready on a Tuesday evening at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the dealership, no one seemed to be able to find the car although many people offered to help. I called Kingsway Toyota the next day and they delivered the car to our door at home. That impressed us all. Kenneth Tong and Kinsgsway Toyota changed my expectations of the car-buying experience.
