That means that when I bring my vehicle in for servicing it's not only inconvenient for me (as being without a car is for everyone), it's also often expensive. Everyone I've dealt with in the Service Department at Kingsway has been understanding and helpful. This time Hanan looked after my file and contacted me regularly. I've never been pressured when I request that only the most urgent problems be dealt with. I'm sorry that I didn't note the name of the service representative who looked after payment and gave me back my keys but he was diligent about offering to go through the bill with me and help me find my car. I've had good experiences with the shuttle service as well. Sophie, who drove me this time, is an excellent driver and a relaxing conversationalist. More

My financing was with Toyota Financial Services (really difficult to deal with due to their insistence on using mail as the primary form of communication). Catherine helped immensely by making arrangements to get money paid and documents moved with lightning speed. She demonstrated great professionalism and knowledge throughout the entire process while continuing to serve her other customers.
