Bad Experience I went this past Saturday to get two recalls done, and upon picking my car up right when they closed I turned my car on and started to drive home. On I went this past Saturday to get two recalls done, and upon picking my car up right when they closed I turned my car on and started to drive home. On my way home my muffler happens to come loose, funny coincidence. I called and asked them if there was anything they could have done that could possibly have created this issue, they said no. I then asked if the car was taken for a test drive - they said yes around the block or two. They did not take responsibility for this, because there's no evidence they directly caused it which I understand but GOOD Customer service to get REPEAT business would be to say they would at least take a look at it and see if it's two bolts missing or a larger problem. If it's simply two bolts missing then replace them and that's good customer service to get repeat business. Never going there again, ever. More

Excellent Customer Service I would like to recommend Kingsway Toyota for New and used vehicles. When i reached the dealership I have to wait for 15-20 minutes despite of appoint I would like to recommend Kingsway Toyota for New and used vehicles. When i reached the dealership I have to wait for 15-20 minutes despite of appointment with the Sales Manager Pha. After he came he introduced me to Shannon (Sales Representative), She gave excellent customer service and helped me in selecting the right vehicle for our needs and budget. She even got the vehicle delivered the same day. Finance team also helped me in getting the vehicle financed and gave me the best rate for me in the market. WORST EXPERIENCE, DON'T TRUST THEM I went to kingsway toyota to buy used car. They showed me Nissan Rouge. After a negotiations, they offered me the car at price CAD 10750 and I was to I went to kingsway toyota to buy used car. They showed me Nissan Rouge. After a negotiations, they offered me the car at price CAD 10750 and I was told to pay some. I paid 5000 using my credit card and they told me that they will Change cracked windsil and clean inside the car. They told me that they will call me when it is done. I waited almost a week and after a long follow up they told me that they are unable to sell me the vehicle. I was so much disappointed because I had an offer of Honda CRV for 11500 from other dealer . I opted for the nissan and trust kingsway toyota but at the end of the day I neither have nissan nor Honda. Kingsway Service Centre I get to go back so I'll wait to review the car part. Zahir was a very friendly driver and very accommodating to the fact that i had to change pickup I get to go back so I'll wait to review the car part. Zahir was a very friendly driver and very accommodating to the fact that i had to change pickup times because, my vehicle had more problems than the maintenance I had scheduled it for. Luckily for me the additional problems are under warranty. Kim wasn't available when I came back to pick up my vehicle, but it would have been nice if someone had gone over what else needed/s to be done before I left and scheduled another date for repair work.
