Thank you for your review. We apologize for the negative experience you had at our dealership. It was certainly not our intention to be untrustworthy and we’re sorry you feel otherwise. The Nissan Rogue you were looking to purchase was indeed a used vehicle that required repair prior to us completing the sale with you. We did explain to you that final pricing and the sale of the vehicle was subject to shop inspection which you signed off on. Unfortunately there were more repairs required than we initially anticipated resulting in a longer repair time and an increase in the overall price of the vehicle to recoup the repair costs. We let you know that the vehicle was therefore going to cost more than your budget of $10,750. Understandably you did not want to pay more than your budget for this vehicle so the deal was terminated. In the end we refunded your deposit of $5000 in full so you could find another suitable vehicle. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact us at the dealership (780) 478-8300.
