Excellent Customer Service I went to Kingsway Toyota to see a 2009 Toyota Rav 4 that was for sale. I was assisted by Binh Luu who turned out to be a really nice guy to deal with I went to Kingsway Toyota to see a 2009 Toyota Rav 4 that was for sale. I was assisted by Binh Luu who turned out to be a really nice guy to deal with. He was easy to talk to and joke around with. He was not pushy or aggressive in any way. We eventually negotiated a fair price and bought the SUV. There were a couple of minor issues like paint chips and a cracked windshield, but Binh had those repaired for us. He never pushed us to buy the SUV and left the decision up to us. We also dealt with Catherine On and James Shaul from Finance. They were also very helpful and easy to talk to. They explained all the financing options and got us the financing. I also called the service department later because I noticed there was a minor recall for the vehicle. They said they would take care of it before I picked it up. If you are looking for a vehicle I would recommend this dealership because it is smaller and has a friendly atmosphere. Also my Cousin said the free drinks and popcorn were delicious. More
