I can tell you, they make me fell like a was buying a brand new luxury car. Thank you! More

Good service at sales. Hands down the worst car buying experience of my life! If you're the kind of person who enjoys being poked in the eye with a stick please disregard. If you think you deserve to be treated with respect shop else where. After making an agreement to purchase a new Tacoma, things went sideways. Although I was given what I felt was a good price, everything soon fell apart. I was offered a loaner vehicle, awesome I said. Same day loaner was offered, it was pulled because "A manager said I got too good a price on my truck". Why did they even offer a loaner? I felt like a second rate customer all of a sudden. A week later I get called by Alan Lim saying that they can't sell me my truck that cheap, and need another $5,000, or I could have my deposit back. I was in shock, if I hadn't already sold my vehicle, I would have gladly taken Alan up on the refund, and gone elsewhere. I Called Ryan Nilson about my concerns, he could have cared less. Nice ways to treat a customer. Alan later says it was a misunderstanding on his part, but what a way to ruin a deal. The only employee that I'd rate as excellent is Marty, Catherine was good, Chris, and Steffan were decent. Alan and Ryan were beyond poor. Daniel, who knows? One has to think he knows what is going on around there, and directs, and promotes employees who demonstrate his values? I guess it depends what you want. If you want the best deal at any expense, maybe these are your guys. If you want a good deal, and no hassles, run as fast as you can for the exit. I've never had such a poor buying experience in 30yrs or vehicle purchases. Chris called back, after I emailed Daniel voicing my concerns. He did apologize, but unfortunately somethings can't be undone. Too bad, this how I have to get my first Toyota. Shame on Kingsway. More
