Great customer service! When I went to the service desk to drop my car off I spoke to Marni. As I was standing there I saw a notice that said Aeroplan miles were available fo When I went to the service desk to drop my car off I spoke to Marni. As I was standing there I saw a notice that said Aeroplan miles were available for various reasons and I told her that I had never been made aware of that on previous visits. She looked up my vehicle history and saw that I had a previous large invoice from the summer so she took my Aeroplan number to see if she could have those miles assigned. When my vehicle was in being serviced the technician noticed a nail in one of my tires so Marni went ahead and told them to fix the tire, then called me to let me know what was happening, as well as getting my okay for it (no kidding, who wants to end up driving down the highway and/or ending up in rush hours traffic with a flat???) and that my vehicle would be there for a bit longer in the shop. Marni was friendly and informative, I am a recent Albertan and a long time Toyota owner from BC. When we moved here I hoped I could find a dealership as great as the one I had in BC and it seems I have! Win :) More

I had done my research on the value of my trade in and the value of a 2017 Corolla. I was pleasantly surprised when, after the normal negotiation, Salim and his manager offered a deal that met all of my needs. I was even more pleasantly surprised that the lady who did my financing, Maja, remembered me from 3 years ago! John was every inch a gentleman and very open and transparent, showing me ways to save even more money. The staff at Kingsway Toyota go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I have been coming to this dealership for sales and service for three years now and I would not consider going anywhere else. When they say, "What can we do to earn your business?" They mean it! Hands down the worst car buying experience of my life! If you're the kind of person who enjoys being poked in the eye with a stick please disregard. If you think you deserve to be treated with respect shop else where. After making an agreement to purchase a new Tacoma, things went sideways. Although I was given what I felt was a good price, everything soon fell apart. I was offered a loaner vehicle, awesome I said. Same day loaner was offered, it was pulled because "A manager said I got too good a price on my truck". Why did they even offer a loaner? I felt like a second rate customer all of a sudden. A week later I get called by Alan Lim saying that they can't sell me my truck that cheap, and need another $5,000, or I could have my deposit back. I was in shock, if I hadn't already sold my vehicle, I would have gladly taken Alan up on the refund, and gone elsewhere. I Called Ryan Nilson about my concerns, he could have cared less. Nice ways to treat a customer. Alan later says it was a misunderstanding on his part, but what a way to ruin a deal. The only employee that I'd rate as excellent is Marty, Catherine was good, Chris, and Steffan were decent. Alan and Ryan were beyond poor. Daniel, who knows? One has to think he knows what is going on around there, and directs, and promotes employees who demonstrate his values? I guess it depends what you want. If you want the best deal at any expense, maybe these are your guys. If you want a good deal, and no hassles, run as fast as you can for the exit. I've never had such a poor buying experience in 30yrs or vehicle purchases. Chris called back, after I emailed Daniel voicing my concerns. He did apologize, but unfortunately somethings can't be undone. Too bad, this how I have to get my first Toyota. Shame on Kingsway. More
