I was left a bit confused about their parts pricing though (typical suspicions anyone might expect when having a lot of work done on their vehicle). Everything was done when and as promised. I made use of the shuttle driver to work and back to the dealership and his professionalism, courtesy and attitude made my day. Salim (Saleem) Dossa is a true asset to Kingsway Toyota!! More

Great Customer Service, poor service shop Marni H. was great at customer service. She bent over backwards to help my situation with engine replacement on my 2003 Toyota Corolla. However, the Marni H. was great at customer service. She bent over backwards to help my situation with engine replacement on my 2003 Toyota Corolla. However, the service shop was another story. Had to take my car in twice back to back to get everything fixed. In the end my car was fixed to my satisfaction. More
