Jihad, our salesperson was very friendly, professional and very pleasant to deal with. Even though the dealership was busy we were made to feel that we were very important and valued! Maja was great to deal with as well. She was very personable, patient and accommodating. Dave, the sales manager was excellent and willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. We also met Kristine and she was wonderful to us as well. Overall this was a fun and wonderful experience and we would highly recommend this dealership. Looking forward to future business with them. The Toyota Way Exprience (Kaizen) Steffan Favis was very honest, accommodating and really assisted us in purchasing this used vehicle from this dealership. However, the finance lady wh Steffan Favis was very honest, accommodating and really assisted us in purchasing this used vehicle from this dealership. However, the finance lady who assisted us was very aggressive and she did not even provided us a final written sales quotation before we decided to purchased this unit. Vehicle was released to my wife late night without any proper detailing. Steffan told us just to comeback for the detailing. Front driver side tire was always flat every morning and we decided to dropped by in the Can-Tire for the repair only to find out that there was a screw hook on it. after a week I brought the unit back to the dealership for the detailing and Roniel Sewak assisted me. They had the car detailing and installation of a VERY EXPENSIVE 3M to the hood and side mirror worth 1,200 plus which is not worth it. The car was deliver to my work the same day but they only wash the car exterior and they don't even clean the interior. Engine room was so dirty and even the battery terminal was already corroded, the bracket was also rusted and had to buy a can of enamel paint to spray. I was not satisfied with the detailing they performed to the vehicle. Three days after our arrival here in Canada, we had purchased a domestic made used SUV for a another dealership and we were very happy how they handled us even the overall condition of the vehicle before they turn over to us. They even provided us a loaner car while they had our vehicle performed some minor repair. Anyways, I would like to thanks Steffan and Roniel for the accommodations they did. Really appreciated. More
