Upselling!! I scheduled my Rav4 for an oil change on March 21st. I let the lady over the phone know that I was only interested in the oil change at this time. She I scheduled my Rav4 for an oil change on March 21st. I let the lady over the phone know that I was only interested in the oil change at this time. She mentioned that there was a recall for the wiper linkage, which was appreciated. No issues with the service done. However- after I dropped the vehicle off, the service "advisor" called me and said that the technicians were recommending more work. I asked if they found an issue. He said no, but due to the mileage on my vehicle, he was recommending a throttle body service, spark plug replacement, transmission fluid.. and he probably would have kept going. I let him know that I was looking at the Toyota preventative maintenance schedule, and that spark plugs were not recommended for another 30000k, that I did the transmission fluid 2 services prior, and that throttle body service is not listed as a preventative maintenance requirement. The technicians did not find any issues. That type of upselling should be illegal. It is blatant theft as far as I am concerned, and I will not be returning to this dealership. More

I was told one car needed some attention to a few issues and I immediately agreed because the people working there seem honest, competent and trustworthy, unlike the dealership where I live. The shuttle drivers are great guys as well. All in all, it was a positive experience. More

Amazing shuttle driver Zahir is the most courteous and amazing driver! His very professional and treated me very respectfully when i got picked up!
