Great Experience Haneen was informative from the minute she met me when I arrived at the service centre. She informed me what I should expect and then answered any questions I had. Also, what I impressed me the most is she actually called me to clarify the diagnosis of my car and asked me if it was alright to go ahead with the repairs. When my car was finally done she called me to let me know the car would be ready in half an hour and I could come pick it up. Zahir let me know that we would be leaving shortly. We arrived on time and he asked me to call him when I was ready to be picked up. He picked me up on time and was quite pleasant and friendly. Angela was quite nice when I was picking up my car. She walked me over to my car and assured me everything was done and my winter tires and bolts were returned. Thanks everyone. Now that's what we call great customer service!:) More

Great salesmen and finance manager! I recently bought a new Tacoma. Binh was my salesman and he was very well informed about every option on the truck. Upselling!! I scheduled my Rav4 for an oil change on March 21st. I let the lady over the phone know that I was only interested in the oil change at this time. She I scheduled my Rav4 for an oil change on March 21st. I let the lady over the phone know that I was only interested in the oil change at this time. She mentioned that there was a recall for the wiper linkage, which was appreciated. No issues with the service done. However- after I dropped the vehicle off, the service "advisor" called me and said that the technicians were recommending more work. I asked if they found an issue. He said no, but due to the mileage on my vehicle, he was recommending a throttle body service, spark plug replacement, transmission fluid.. and he probably would have kept going. I let him know that I was looking at the Toyota preventative maintenance schedule, and that spark plugs were not recommended for another 30000k, that I did the transmission fluid 2 services prior, and that throttle body service is not listed as a preventative maintenance requirement. The technicians did not find any issues. That type of upselling should be illegal. It is blatant theft as far as I am concerned, and I will not be returning to this dealership. More
