Great Experience Haneen was informative from the minute she met me when I arrived at the service centre. Also, what I impressed me the most is she actually called me to clarify the diagnosis of my car and asked me if it was alright to go ahead with the repairs. When my car was finally done she called me to let me know the car would be ready in half an hour and I could come pick it up. Zahir let me know that we would be leaving shortly. We arrived on time and he asked me to call him when I was ready to be picked up. He picked me up on time and was quite pleasant and friendly. Angela was quite nice when I was picking up my car. She walked me over to my car and assured me everything was done and my winter tires and bolts were returned. Thanks everyone. Now that's what we call great customer service!:) More
