This is my fifth straight Toyota and God willing my sixth will be from Northwest and Hasan. More

Was very helpful in the sense that he wanted us to make our own decision on what we wanted and liked and to make it work for the both of us. We did a fair amount of shopping around and found some deals hear and there, but with the experiece of michael he helped us get the best deal and top of of the line toyota tundra platinum for a price we werr happy with and the accessorieswe wanted. Highly recommend him hes good at what he does and really knows his trucks. As for the dealership really loved it was very accessible and big .great location for this new dealership. I was able to get the the truck i wanted and finalized withing the same night and real quick service center for all the extras done in a day. Thanks again, Waylon boire More

Not the place to buy used vehicles Bought a used Toyota FJ Cruiser. It took about 3 weeks to get it prepped, only to find out that things were missing from the original deal and the dr Bought a used Toyota FJ Cruiser. It took about 3 weeks to get it prepped, only to find out that things were missing from the original deal and the driver's side seat was ripped. After chasing the sales guys for 3 days to get it resolved, there is no communication from dealership. Extremely disappointed with their service, highly unlikely to shop at any of their dealerships again. More

Brutal experience Was there in the weekend with my 72 year old mother in law. She is a return customer to this dealership looking for a new vehicle. We we told the price was on the sticker and unless we could promise "110 percent" we would buy today or would be willing to put down a "deposit" we would not be offered any deal. The reason was that we "could shop around". It is insane that we would need to put money down or promise to buy without even knowing what the price would be. We walked out and would never return. Another Toyota dealer was wonderful to deal with. More
