We we told the price was on the sticker and unless we could promise "110 percent" we would buy today or would be willing to put down a "deposit" we would not be offered any deal. The reason was that we "could shop around". It is insane that we would need to put money down or promise to buy without even knowing what the price would be. We walked out and would never return. Another Toyota dealer was wonderful to deal with. More

Great salespeople but poor execution I had such a difficult time getting anything accomplished after I decided to buy my Sienna. I had a poor experience with the finance department - who I had such a difficult time getting anything accomplished after I decided to buy my Sienna. I had a poor experience with the finance department - who took days to follow up just to ask for more information, mislead me about the cost of protection packages, was not prepared and did not sign everything unneeded to register my vehicle, and generally seemed far too overworked to be able to give me anything approaching acceptable service. The van was Dirty on the inside as well - which wouldn't have been a big deal had I had a Great experience otherwise. I found everyone was very nice - but possibly understaffed or something. More
