Fast responsive service! Last weekend,my Camry engine sounded like its chattering. Sent an email to Marni Hartley,Senior Service Advisor about the engine problem on Sunday,I got a response the very next Monday morning from Marni.She was able to fit my Camry in for diagnosis on the same morning.Correct replacement parts were ordered,installed and problem solved. He was very pleasant and upbeat and was willing to show us all the features of the Highlander even though he knew we were not quite ready to purchase a new vehicle. His demeanour was so contagious he actually made my wife laugh. After showing us three different showroom models he walked us around the dealership explaining all the amenities. I know we will be back to see Lamar in late October when it is time for us to look at the purchase of a new vehicle. More

Very Disappointed! Brought my truck in for a rear wheel bearing replacement. I knew going in it was going to be expensive and I had no problem with the price quoted for Brought my truck in for a rear wheel bearing replacement. I knew going in it was going to be expensive and I had no problem with the price quoted for the job. Wheel bearing was replaced and the truck runs great now. However...... Service advisor calls me and says that the mechanic is having problems removing the speed sensor dealing with my wheel bearing replacement. Says that I would have to pay for the part if he broke it. Says he's having troubles because the sensor is rusty. (IT"S PLASTIC) I'm guessing it was already broken when he called. New sensor would be $500. Parts for my wheel bearing job were $319. Service Manager calls and starts going on about how the connections are brittle and that's why it broke. Says he used WD40 but it still broke. Again PLASTIC. I'm a Heavy Duty Mechanic and I've broken things on customers equipment that wasn't broken when the equipment came in. Difference is that my company doesn't call the customer and say hey we broke something this is how much extra its going to be. It's called Integrity. Look that word up TOYOTA NORTHWEST EDMONTON!!!!! I would like to mention that the lady working at the reception service desk and Zahir the shuttle driver were both very pleasant. Keep it up guys. Jason H. More
