Sales Representative vs Sales Manager We had been in the market for a highlander for a while. Although we couldnt make a deal work that were comfortable with, our sales rep Dianne, was gre We had been in the market for a highlander for a while. Although we couldnt make a deal work that were comfortable with, our sales rep Dianne, was great. She answered all question, continued to follow up with us and did everything she could to make our deal work. Unfortunately in the end, price was a deciding factor preventing our purchase but we would definately come back to wherever Dianne is working when we are in the market for our next vehicle. We regret not being able to buy from her. Thanks so much for your hard work Dianne! Alan Lim was the sales manager who worked with our deal. He was polite when talking with us and although I understand business is business, his final lowest offer wasnt actually his final lowest offer. Only when we brough in a written offer from another dealership, did he concede and change but he was very calculating, picking every single detail apart. He then sent wrong quotes to us via text blaming the screen on his smartphone for the error and once we were dragged along, wouldn't honor the quote sent. This was the single deciding factor that caused us to go elsewhere. Respect goes a long way and we felt we were being played by him in the car sales game. More

J'aime was extremely polite she gave us her past experience in finance and in the field and immediately my daughter was quite comfortable.We discussed where to apply for the loan and J'aime gave us 3 options for Banking and the rates I could obtain.Once the credit was established J'aime explained other variables all necessary in securing the truck and went into great detail about the various warranties and provided actual demonstrations on clear coating ,the undercoating and protective coating for the interior of the Truck all necessary in providing ultimate protection for the truck. I purchased these necessities and we also agreed on a life insurance package suitable for the loan of the truck. I was truly amazed at the integrity and the depth of knowledge J'aime displayed and she put the whole together in a very neat package. J'aime has great wit amazing disposition of caring and makes buying a new vehicle very special,I would deal with J'aime in a heartbeat.
