Felt cheated. Complain about the sales. Bought new Corolla little over two years ago from this delearship before it moved to 137 Ave location. The sales person then told me that the car did not have heated seats and the remote opening of back trunk but they will do it for me. They did the heated seats very quick but not the remote opening of trunk. I took the car for service may be 5 times already and every time I mentioned it to them. Nothing happend, Today I was there for service so, inquired again, service lady asked me to talk to sales, now they say they cannot do it and I have to find the sales person who sold me the car because it was agreed verbally. The point is don’t believe them keep everything they tell at the time of selling in writing and signed. I thank the sales guy who told me I won’t be having what I was promised long ago, he was bold to tell me that so, I won’t bother about it anymore. Also be very careful that you may end up paying more for service than you would think. They will ask you to do many things, I agreed to modest $280 for service I said ok because it was annual service after winter, I was also told that tire alignment may be needed that would be another $149 I said ok but only if really needed and to let me know. I was called to pick up my car handed a bill of $494. There was $51 for item called SS, I wanted to talk to manager but was not there. I don’t feel I was rightly informed about the total price. The lady at the servive desk was polite and friendly so she said she will communicate it to her manager on Monday. Already seeing what happebd to the remote opening of trunk I have no hope. But wait to hear on Monday. More

Just bought a Sienna this month and found two added on services which was $600 they sneaked into my bill and we also spend $2600 for 3M and other plu Just bought a Sienna this month and found two added on services which was $600 they sneaked into my bill and we also spend $2600 for 3M and other plus services. First, all these paid for service which they told us would be life time warranty were found declined in our files, that meant we would not have access to any warranty at all in the future. Second, when we came back from our service, we even double checked with the tech if the 3M film was put on or not. They told us everything had been done and the 3M film had been put on. My friends found out that there were no 3M film on the car at all. Not sure if the rest of the service were put on or not. Have to come back to get it done next week. They did refund the money for 3M film and the two sneaked in services, but what an experience. I thought they are reputable 4S dealership, but obviously they are not. If my friend did notcheck my car and I would never double check my bill and would never found out what they have done to their customers. More

I had a pretty bad experience at a dealership in the pass and was not really excited about having to go throe the trade in /sale process but Toyota Northwest Edmonton, Mauricio, Gilberto and Brett made this experience very pleasant. Mauricio and Gilberto made sure we selected a vehicle that was within our budget and that was a fuel efficient /family vehicle. Once we decide on the vehicle they made sure to give us transparent and realistic financial information (no hidden fees) , didn’t pressure about the sale, they gave us time to think about it. Once we made our decision Mauricio and Gilberto were ready to help us with the financing part and send us over to Brett. Brett was great friendly and transparent, he made everything easy and fast, he explained everything very cleared, answer all our questions. Everyone was great!!! More

The stance seems to be developed around answering your questions, and providing you with information you request, rather than pushing you towards making a sale or upselling. Best part, the word "Pre-Approval" wasn't said once until I was absolutely ready for it. Unfortunately did not buy a vehicle due to my financing options, but I will be back. More

My perception of dealerships is one of negativity. I've had bad experiences with others, especially with service departments. I expected no different with Toyota, but I was wrong. I felt pretty good with the experience I had at Toyota and with sales rep Binh. I felt he was quite genuine with good personality. I felt he cared more about meeting my requirements than making another sale. He definitely made conversation easy and made what most people believe to be a stressful situation a good one. I would recommend making an appointment with Binh if you're in the market for a Toyota vehicle purchase. More
