Jordana was patient and thorough explaining what need to be done. She registered my Aeroplan number on September 18 and I got miles credited promptly on September 21. And enjoy complimentary breakfast at the cafeteria. More

In August it I got your e-mail this morning asking for a review...well you asked for it. I bought a brand new Prius off the Showroom floor in March. In August it wouldn't start. The vehicle has had to be towed twice and driven twice to the service center. It is still there (September 8th). The first time they did nothing but charge the battery, second time replaced the battery, third time replaced a fuse, this last time they still have no idea what went wrong. They gave me a loaner that I don't like to drive (too big and tacky). I was refused my money back by the General Manager- which is my first choice to resolve this matter, and frankly not an unreasonable request after what I've put up with. I can trade in the vehicle or wait until I get this one back, but honestly I don't trust it anymore. This should not be happening. I paid a high price for a new vehicle that has let me down. I think Toyota Canada needs to step in and give me a full refund! I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. More

On this visit i was greeted by Haneen Halabi who was pleasant and after listening to my comments and concerns booked my vehicle in for service. to my surprise she quickly had my Truck heading into service. i was offered coffee or water while i waited. she updated me quickly on the findings of the Mechanic in the back and told me the plan. she said it would be about 40min. as i checked my watch around the 40 min mark Haneen came to tell me the truck was done. she also mentioned there was a missing valve stem cover on one of my wheels and that she replaced it (nice touch). i think i will be telling family and friends to request Haneen when they stop in for service. More

This place is the WEM of dealerships. But if you don't have a good product and professional and motivated employees, the size of the building means nothing. This was my fifth new vehicle purchase in over forty years of driving and my first Toyota. Over three visits, i had the pleasure of speaking to, and being assisted by several people, all stars in their own right. More
Absolute Joke! Its bad enough that I had no vehicle for couple days because of the long weekend. I had finally got roadside assistance to drop my car off at the deal Its bad enough that I had no vehicle for couple days because of the long weekend. I had finally got roadside assistance to drop my car off at the dealer. The following day not one person called me through out this whole day, I took the day off from work hoping my car would be done and ready for the next day. All I wanted was an update so I could plan for a way to get to work. I called service once in morning, was transferred to the technician Oliver his name I believe? Didn't answer so I left a voicemail, that was around 10:30 am. All morning no calls. Finally around 1pm I decided to call service again, and again I was transferred to his voicemail were I left yet another voicemail. Finally a call was returned and what he said to me was "our technician looked at it and your battery is fine but your alternator needs to be replaced, and we are working on the price and parts we will have to keep vehicle overnight." At this point I was extremely annoyed I already told you when I left messages that it was my alternator not the battery, I metered it out already for god sake the battery charging malfunction light on the dash was on. You mean to tell me in the whole entire dealership you don't have any alternators in stock?? Its a common maintenance part and its common between the 4runner, fj cruiser and tacoma. They all share the same engine, it hasn't changed in many years, couple minor things but even the new tacomas and 4runners still use the same engine, and you mean to tell me theres none?? I even called around, called napa, and sure enough of course they had some in stock. Then when I asked him for a loaner he said "sorry we don't loan out vehicles", at this point I was furious, not only did you not tell me sooner you were keeping my car overnight, you're telling me I can't even borrow a car? I've had the car for 2 weeks! Its a toyota certified used vehicle the inspection form said everything was good. I've done many alternators in my past cars, and had I known they wouldn't have fixed it I wouldn't have called roadside, I would have towed it home, changed it out myself instead all this bull crap and I would have had my car still. Thank god for Marcelo and Swen giving me a loaner, much appreciated. But as I was leaving with the loaner,I noticed it was low on gas, I needed a car for tomorrow thats not going to die on me as I have alot of running around to do. They made me go fill it up, luckily another employee came with. Overall the service department has been yet another horrible let down. I will not be returning in the future to service my vehicle here, I will take it elsewhere. This is my 2nd time taking my vehicle in for service and both times my car was left unwashed and dirty. My car had stayed overnight for a small alternator job and they couldn't hose the car down? Thanks for the service. At least at Lexus with my old Lexus I was always get a car wash regardless of what I was bringing it in for and I would always get a loaner vehicle the same make as the dealer. More

A few words is not enough to tell you how dissapointed I am To whom this may concern, You don’t know me, but I am a woman who bought a Toyota Tacoma from “Northwest Edmonton Toyota” on Saturday, June 9, 2018. To whom this may concern, You don’t know me, but I am a woman who bought a Toyota Tacoma from “Northwest Edmonton Toyota” on Saturday, June 9, 2018. I started communication with Ali Sahly on May 14 via email. In no time, we established the truck I had wanted. This truck was an orange TRD sport upgrade Tacoma. It was ordered, I even put a 500$ deposit on it so it would be held for me when I was ready to pick it up. That date was established quickly as well. I arrived on June 9 to meet Ali and pick up my truck. Ali shook my hand and took me to see me truck before we did the paper work. It was the wrong truck. I was very bummed out. But not angry, because we are all human and mistakes happen. I don’t even know where the miscommunication happened, but it happened. Ali showed me different colors, but I wasn’t excited about them. I wanted the orange one. I eventually came across the same model except it was a manual transmission. Which, I was still ok with. I was excited. It had over 3,000km on it, but I was ok with that because I was made to believe they were DEMO kilometers. So, we did up the paper work and I was on my way. Ecstatic about my new truck. Not so much about my experience, but I was ok with that because I LOVE my truck. Monday morning I called my insurance agent to let him know that the insurance I had lined up for my truck on Saturday was now null and void because they had the wrong truck waiting for me. I sent him my bill of sale so we could get the ball rolling. NOW WE HAVE A PROBLEM!!!! My insurance will not cover me for the replacement value of a new truck because it is, in fact, used. I was told that we had to amend the bill of sale to say it was used because it was registered before (which I had assumed it was because it was a demo and needed registration to be on a road). So I allowed the amendment and I initialed it. Through communication after that realization, I learned that a customer had bought it, and brought it back because they couldn’t drive a manual transmission. SO, it is, in fact, USED!! So, if you look at the bill of sale, you can see that I paid basically the same a BRAND new truck. If this truck is written off in the first 3 years of owning it, I will only get the depreciated value for it. So, I was under the impression I bought a NEW truck, I definitely paid top price for it, and now I get to insure it as used. I know that doesn’t sound like a big deal to you, but I was mislead. I would NOT have bought it if I knew I wouldn’t get top notch insurance on it. I am a woman who has persevered for the last 7 years. I have literally been through xxxx and back. I don’t think you actually care about my last 7 years so I won’t elaborate on it. But trust me when I say, it’s been hard. I have an ex who would give anything for me to fail. But I didn’t fail. I seriously made it. This truck was my dream for so many years and I did it!!!! This truck buying experience was to be a huge excitement for me. An award for persevering and never giving up. So please don’t take this letter lightly as you have crushed me. I have been lied to and manipulated. Now I am left with a decision. Do I continue on with this truck, which I TRULY LOVE. Or do I return It to the dealership and demand the truck I wanted in the first place. I don’t know what can be done to rectify this, but believe me when I say, the only thing saving you is your product. The truck is amazing. April Hecht More
