Horrible and unprofessional customer service! Avoid! Absolutely disappointed! Horrible customer service! The dealer we had scheduled to see didn't even show up to the meeting. We had driven almost 30 km on Sunday morning to check a car. Apparently, the vehicle we wanted to see had been already sold, and the dealer hadn't even bothered to inform us about it to save us an unnecessary trip! The next day when I poured my frustration into an email to the dealer the next day, he tried to blame me for not giving him $500 deposit to hold the car which I hadn't even had a chance to see yet! It was unprofessional and very inconsiderate and reflects poorly on the customer service of the place. I am very disappointed and will never recommend this place. T.A. More

World class service There is not one individual at northwest Toyota location that I observed in my 2 day adventure at the dealership that did not show the upmost respec There is not one individual at northwest Toyota location that I observed in my 2 day adventure at the dealership that did not show the upmost respect , honesty and integrity to any costumer that walked in its doors from open to close. Every friendly face from the parts and maintenance counter to sales associates , finance contributed to a experience that all dealerships should strive to accomplish. As I await patiently and strole around the sales floor for a few hours daydreaming about driving away in a Tacoma TRD pro. I observed everything from sales associates running to areas to get paperwork for customers. From people taking the time and treating people better then family and fighting for the best prices and deals. That relationships were more important then making the most cash out of a deal. That the care and consideration for people. I observed a sales manager give free lunch to a family while they wait understanding that a vehicle purchase can be a long process. Without hesitation. The most important part was from Paul , Lukasz and maja I would describe as total transparency that every aspect was straightforward and explained with the upmost honesty. This experience was beyond amazing. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle northwest Toyota edmonton is the only stop you need to make. The vehicles do not make Toyota good it’s the team at nothwest Toyota that make the company In what I would say a leader in what all dealerships should be. More

Worst Experience Purchased 2019 Camry in November 2018 for an ETA of January 2019. This was supposed to be a birthday present for our daughter. Upon following up in th Purchased 2019 Camry in November 2018 for an ETA of January 2019. This was supposed to be a birthday present for our daughter. Upon following up in the beginning of January we were advised by Lucas (general sales manager) that the vehicle order was rejected by Toyota Canada as the dealership didn’t meet their sales target. He said another order was placed and the new ETA was for end of March 2019. Couple of days later we were advised of a new ETA which now became end of May. When we contacted Toyota Canada to find out why the order was rejected, found out that order was never put through to begin with. Firstly Toyota Northwest messed up and lied about it. Secondly they knew this was a very important purchase for us and still failed to deliver. We have dealt with them for the past 22yrs and have seen the sales & service both going down hill. It’s all about quantity now rather than quality. Since then we have purchased another vehicle from Lexus and are very happy with the service. More

Would definitely recommend for service, and I know if I need service on my car, I'm coming here (even though it's on the other side of the city for me, it's worth the drive!) More
