Worst Experience Purchased 2019 Camry in November 2018 for an ETA of January 2019. This was supposed to be a birthday present for our daughter. Upon following up in th Purchased 2019 Camry in November 2018 for an ETA of January 2019. This was supposed to be a birthday present for our daughter. Upon following up in the beginning of January we were advised by Lucas (general sales manager) that the vehicle order was rejected by Toyota Canada as the dealership didn’t meet their sales target. He said another order was placed and the new ETA was for end of March 2019. Couple of days later we were advised of a new ETA which now became end of May. When we contacted Toyota Canada to find out why the order was rejected, found out that order was never put through to begin with. Firstly Toyota Northwest messed up and lied about it. Secondly they knew this was a very important purchase for us and still failed to deliver. We have dealt with them for the past 22yrs and have seen the sales & service both going down hill. It’s all about quantity now rather than quality. Since then we have purchased another vehicle from Lexus and are very happy with the service. More

They were very quick to take me in, for me to talk with the service advisor, and for the car to get checked out. Fast, effecient, and extremely courteous, that was my experience! Would definitely recommend for service, and I know if I need service on my car, I'm coming here (even though it's on the other side of the city for me, it's worth the drive!) More

Good service until the deal is done Super friendly, great customer service....until all the paperwork is signed and you walk off the lot. Called 2 months after purchasing a used vehicle from them, seeing if they’d be willing to do something for the headlight that I discovered was broken. Called amvic to see what my rights were and they said it’s a he said she said situation. So service inspection clearly wasn’t done properly. Tried to talk to Ali el khurdi but didn’t call back etc. Finally got a hold of some manger, must have been a big deal...in some other life, I asked what he could do and I believe his response was “absolutely not”. I Asked if there was any way he could help he said he would see if there were any places that could sell me a new one for cheap, which I knew I wasn’t getting a call back. Just another slimie dealership. Don’t be fooled. More
