Service people, I have had one great experience last year that made me comeback again. Sadly, in the past two visits terrible. Visit 1: Seems like they don’t have enough staff. The service specialist was stressed out on what she does especially when she got 4 in line customers. Visit 2: Came to ask for help but they are seem to be uncaring and cold. Wrong parts provided, terrible service/calls not returned I picked up a hub assy for a 2011 Rav4. Once the mechanic tried to install, realized wrong part was provided. Later learned, was one digit off in the part number. Reception answered the phone on Saturday to tell me that parts dept was closed until Tuesday. People on site, answering phones etc, no one willing or able to fix their error. Asked to speak to a manager, he still has not returned my phone calls. I understand that accidents happen, the parts dept made a minor error. My biggest complaint is the terrible customer service, the refusal to accommodate a customer who paid several hundred dollars for the wrong item, and the refusal to return phone calls. Sherwood Park Toyota service was fantastic, however. Correct part, courteous customer service. More

Drove from out of town only to have them tell me it was sold when I got there but I could take it for a test drive because it was not finalized. The truck had a front end shake which they seem not to care about. After that they tried to sell me another vehicle. Do not waste your time with Chris Catapangan or anyone at this dealership! More

Not recommended for 160 pt inspection I was so sad I wasted my money & time @ northwest Toyota for 160pt inspection. I wish I could get my money back. Actually what happened, is that I boo I was so sad I wasted my money & time @ northwest Toyota for 160pt inspection. I wish I could get my money back. Actually what happened, is that I booked appointment for 160 pt inspection for my 2006 toyota sienna on 30 march 2019 at 9:30 & for some solenoid assembly recall. I booked appointment on phone saying please book only if you can complete both. otherwise book for other day as my schedule is very busy. she said it will be done, don't worry. I dropped my van @9 am. I was asked they will call me when its it done. but no body phoned me till 3:30. knowing it is Saturday, I phoned them. I was asked to pick van on Monday !! but later on after convincing them( I asked her I booked because I was asked it will be done & I came in at 9 am (before time), why no body touched my van yet ??) they agree to complete it by 6 pm. I was asked it will take at least 2hr for solenoid assembly change and person will do it Monday. Then service manager asked me to come and wait till 6. I reached there at 4:05 after 20 min she said it is complete I could not believe !! initially she said It will take at least 2 hr for job now it is complete in 20-30 min. I don't know if they have done it or not. They completed the paper work & said done. Now comes the inspection that's the worst part. Guy must have completed in 2 min. They say lots of thing in their list that we check this & that in 160 pt (check their list there are lots of repetition). but they did nothing..I know some the things that they should point if they do inspection actually (like power steering oil which is below low mark).To cross verify I went to local service guy on 6th apr 2019 (Spend more money) for inspection. He showed me there was nut/bolt which is broken underneath (see pic) for rod which connect frame , no filter was check (see pics, cabin air filter was worst they need to be changed, I know that before but toyota guy did not pointed). Power steering oil was not topped up (Northwest guy did when I showed to service manger, she was also making some excuses), No coolant topup (only wind shield washer fluid topped up, thats too when you enter), power doors were not checked as they were not working (I asked northwest guy when he came out to add power steering oil, he said I did not check !!), No lubrication to any lock, latch etc, Tires were not rotated (as I was asked if needed, they were required, I have list in my email), There was some leakage of oil (I dont have pic to attach) underneath, I came to know from second inspection that was from seal leakage, may be that's why power steering oil was below low mark. No info about engine oil (that need to be changed I know), breaks (funny part is that service manger said breaks need to be changed when I dropped van at 9am without looking at my van!! I said lets check in inspection first, No info after inspection either she was laying before or after inspection), etc.I was asked to change axle for front passenger side which was quite visible to me as well, any body can tell by looking at wheel as some oil was splashed. Over all no star. They just gave me their list marked everything right. If Guy have done inspection seriously how could they miss broken bolt (pic) that is safety hazard (that why we all went for inspection !!), filter, etc.these are just basics. They claim they check number of lines during inspection !!Don't recommend northwest for 160 pt inspection. My van was not ready at 3:40 suddenly when I reached there at 4:05 its ready in 15-20 min. I can't believe!! I posed this review late as I want to make sure they did nothing as I went to cross check with local guy to do another inspection. I hope some higher manager can read my review and look after this problem as customer were felling like harassed here. thank you. 22May2019: Later on I was contacted by dealership. They did the investigation and returned money and assured this will not happen again. More

She knows her stuff, but more importantly, she is extremely friendly. As an older person, I appreciate the fact that she does not push or rush you. She smiles a lot and makes you feel special. I was thinking of intentionally wrecking something cheap on my car so that I would have an excuse to come and visit. More
