If Chris, the Wannabe Manager butts into the office of the sales rep you are dealing with RUN FAST! He is a paper pusher, CONSTANTLY flashing the bill of sale in your face. Asking you to agree on numbers prior to letting you test drive the vehicle. Do not let Chris the pig swindle you, all the staff there agree that he is a xxxxxxxx. My mom is in the market for a new vehicle and I have deterred her from ever setting foot in this dealership. This dealership handles things completely unprofessionally. A welcome change to car sales. In nothing short of a top shelf experience, Jordy Lee and crew helped me find my way into my first Toyota and my first Hybrid at that. At no point did I feel pressured, conned, hornswoggled or even rope-a-doped. By the end based on my needs being genuinely heard and addressed I walked away with a utilitarian but beautiful little 2020 Toyota Corolla Hybrid. From the start to the end I felt valued and I am glad I have a long standing relationship with this dealership going forward.
