Toyota Nortwest deliver me damage vehicle I bought it brand new my car should be brand new not like a scratch or damage so Toyota dealership in Calgary give me this estimate to fix my Highlander, northwe brand new my car should be brand new not like a scratch or damage so Toyota dealership in Calgary give me this estimate to fix my Highlander, northwest dealership offer me to fix we will pay you because it’s our fault,I was very nice with dealership to take this highlander on delivery date otherwise I can refuse on the spot ,I told to northwest I’m not asking you any extra whatever Toyota Dealerships in Calgary charging me to fixing the damage pay but they offering me $550 instead of $1250 and also when I was buy this highlander they told me about my 6 months no payment options option i Finance manager told me when I sign the documents he said call to the bank when I called to the bank they said we have nothing to do with this you have to contact dealership and now they are refusing to give me this option they are not solving my problem .I told the bank they’re not helping me out also sales manager promised me to solve this issue on the delivery day. But no nobody is replying my email anymore More

We had to wait around until someone was able to finally help us. -Finance staff was rude -We did not feel like our business was appreciated I sent a friend to this dealership as well and he had a similar experience and was offered a worse bottom line price than I was on a lower trim of vehicle. The overall shopping experience wasn’t up to my standards. I chose this dealership solely for the price. Out of the many dealerships I visited, this one was definitely one of the poorest in terms of customer service. When you are buying a vehicle in cash, it’s a serious purchase and you expect top notch service and respect. You won’t find that here but you might save some money. More

They just kind of scattered once the car was in their possession. In my opinion, great service in the beginning, then lacking those finishing touches that would get me to be a Toyota customer. More

Very dissapointing experience. They tried to sell me a car that was already sold to someone else. Had no problem taking my credit card for a deposit only to call me the next day to say sorry, we sold tha car that was already sold to someone else. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DEAL HERE. I Bought a car here and they sold it while I had a deposit on it. I did the deal over the phone due to covid. This Toyota dealership is absolutely horrendous! Taking advantage of women who don’t know a lot about vehicles. My mother went in to get an oil change, and a few hours later they called to tell her she advantage of women who don’t know a lot about vehicles. My mother went in to get an oil change, and a few hours later they called to tell her she needed more then $1000 dollars worth of work done that she didn’t even need!!! They misled her over the phone and used scare tactics to force her to get it done. This is absolutely unacceptable, and they should be shut! Will be reported to the bbb. DO NOT GO HERE!!
