From the moment me and my husband started the process and inquiries to trade in his truck and purchase a Rav 4, Jordy ( internet sales manager) was there to help us through the process !, he answered all our inquiries to trade in his truck and purchase a Rav 4, Jordy ( internet sales manager) was there to help us through the process !, he answered all our questions and fixed any problems along the way. We ended up trading the truck in and buying a new 2021 Rav 4 LE AWD. We did this sale on a Sunday, he had everything ready when we came back on the Monday to get the vehicle. He comes in on his days off to make sure the customer is happy. He is a great guy to deal with and me and my husband will reccomend him to anyone. He is a people person and you can tell from the moment you walk into Toyota. Do not ever go to Coreena Wong. It was a terrible experience for my cousin as a first new car buyer. Was very pushy and and was rude.
