You go to this dealership 30KM away from your house for factory recommended service even though you have 4-5 Toyota dealership near by. When it is supposed to take 1 Hr quick in and out and it takes a whol factory recommended service even though you have 4-5 Toyota dealership near by. When it is supposed to take 1 Hr quick in and out and it takes a whole day. Additionally it needed a quick test drive from a mechanic apart from routine check up to make sure steering wheel is functioning properly. Which is probably a common thing after all services to make sure vehicle is functioning optimally. There was no repair required anyhow but still it took 5.5 hours. If you don't have mechanic available then why do you book too many vehicles for service, why do you advertise about thousand service bays and what not. Other than that they have shuttle service for drop off and pick up which does not make sense (Operationally it is hard for business when you have to send driver to customers home 30Minx4 times= 2hrs Driver time+ Gas+ Vehicle) Why don't you just get the Uber to customers who live far which may be cheaper with a business account. I already had to wait for 40 Minutes which could have been turned in to indefinite time if i was not vigilant and did not check the mistake the shuttle driver made. The shuttle driver put his name and crossed off which showed that i am picked up so, other shuttle drivers started to take other customers who came later than me. Thank god i went and checked the sign in and sign out sheet otherwise i would be sitting there for 5 hours. The manager was then called on and he then fixed it. More

The worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. Don't buy from them. I purchased extended warranty when I got my vehicle. Last time I was in there they told me to never come back and I can not longer hav buy from them. I purchased extended warranty when I got my vehicle. Last time I was in there they told me to never come back and I can not longer have my vehicle serviced there. They lied to be about helping me after removing certain things. Also when I got it back after they did nothing it was dirty, seat pushed back into my custom bed platform, front window was dirty and marked up. Haneen is a liar and scoundrel, goes against her own word. Lukasz also tries to buy 5 star reviews so don't bother believing any of the 5 star reviews you read. They are just bribes. Jordana is rude as one can be and should not be in custom service and neither should Haneen. Sherwood Park Toyota is where you should buy from! More

Horrible experience with this dealership. They made me sign and pay 5k non refundable deposit on a Tacoma to hold it for a couple of weeks.
