Terrible dealer, terrible experience. Run and never look back. Long story short these guys are not worth even glancing their way. Find your Toyota at another wonderful dealership in Edmonton area. Tried to pull a bait n switch on me due to an error on their end specing the vehicle requested for purchase. Salesman: Had 0 product knowledge, made mistakes constantly, didn't communicate via preferred methods or stick to scheduled times. Wasted my time while at the dealership by being unprepared. Continued to harass and contact me continually. Sale Manger: Refused to move on pricing on their error and expected the client to eat the cost General Manager: Called to complain about my experience. He listened but didn't offer any solutions, and clearly didn't discuss with his team as the sale guy continued to contact and harass me to do a deal. Leadership comes from the top down and clearly this dealer doesn't value any of the characteristics I look for when purchasing a vehicle.
