Went to a couple dealerships and explored new and used options, and let me just say, what a different environment... stress free, laid back, nice building layout, awesome coffee/latte .. just to name a fe options, and let me just say, what a different environment... stress free, laid back, nice building layout, awesome coffee/latte .. just to name a few. After continuiously feeling pressured and feeling the salesmen greed for money and blatant disrespect (even pulling credit check without permission), Tyler greeted me in a professional, nonchalant manner, was very attentive and listened more than talked.. He worked with my requests and I bought a 14 tacoma trd sport from him :) Also I would like to point out that my experience with not only Tyler, but also Mike was fa-nominal. Everyone dreds talking to the finance people, expecting a rough experience with little lee-way, but such was not the case, he also was extremely friendly, professional, and did everything he could for me without the 'dark, evil' dealership feeling. These people are very knowledgeable, super friendly, and I'd reccommend them both very highly. I can tell these two (at LEAST) are considered high assets to the company. The extras i wanted were not all installed just yet but i got to go for a ride which was key.... He took me out for a test drive, yes he drove for me.. I was out the night before for a house warming party and was not in shape to drive but that was a Great favor... I searched for a dealership, approximately one month went by and I was getting quite frustrated with the service I was receiving. I would make an appointment and the salesman or saleswoman would tell me they by and I was getting quite frustrated with the service I was receiving. I would make an appointment and the salesman or saleswoman would tell me they have what I was searching for, I would go into to make the deal and they would have a totally different vehicle for me to test drive, informing me that this is similar to the one that i have been approved for. They did not have people skills, it was like they did not care about the customer. When I was referred to Kingsway Toyota, by my daughter, I was quite impressed by the service, everyone was quite friendly and Roniel Sewak immediately took care of my trade-in, I found him to be open and honest. Thank you Kingsway Toyota, I am now driving an Awesome Toyota Matrix. More
