I was called by the sales associate to pick up my brand new truck and when I arrived at the dealership the truck was not detailed. The outside was covered in dirt, the inside still had the plastic on the s new truck and when I arrived at the dealership the truck was not detailed. The outside was covered in dirt, the inside still had the plastic on the seats, the wrong side step was installed, and the roof rack was missing one of the t-bars. I talked with the manager about the condition of the truck and we went out to look at it together, and found out that the undercoat and the paint protection did not get sprayed. The manager told me he would look after it personally and said that they would clean the truck and deliver it the next day. They then delivered it with the t-bar not installed on the roof rack, and told me that it needed a screw to install the t-bar and that they would drop off the screw the next day. I then received the screw, and guess what? It would not screw in because the whole roof rack was installed incorrectly. I then contacted the dealership told them I had to drive the truck back to the dealership to get the roof rack fixed. When I arrived they told me that they could not fix it that day and I would have to come back again. The final time I arrived everything was correct. I also had to contact the dealership multiple times to get them to send my information to my insurance. I then had to put a deposit down on the truck while they were installing the accessories, that I would get back upon delivery. Low and behold they totally forgot about giving my deposit back and I once again had to contact the finance department to receive my payment. This dealership FAILED in every aspect from the start, to the finish of the buying process. More

The overall experience was excellent. The vehicle with options important to us was located elsewhere and brought in for us. The price was good, the treatment by all staff involved was excellent. Ben Kozel and Warren Harding helped us out at the Kingsway Toyota Dealership in Edmonton. We were looking at the all new Toyota Corolla 2014. Since it was a new model, we could not pick up much first hand reviews from trusted friends. Research on the net can only do so much. The flexibility and variety of trim levels Toyota has to offer further led to our confusion. But Warren was very patient in explaining not just how do various trim levels differ, but also the importance of each feature, helping us decide what we really needed. We were then attended by Ben, who was very patient in helping us refine our requirements and had satisfactory and honest responses to all questions before, during and after the test drive. As demanding clients, we wanted to really "see" and "feel" the actual trim level we were bending towards - Premium LE CVT. Unfortunately, they didnt have it within reach. I was worried that we have to bus around and make another trip to the dealership. But Ben took the pains to go to a far off compound, clean the snow off the car and brought the car for us in that harsh weather that evening. This really saved us a trip and truly helped us feel confident of our decision. A car is a car - especially when you're buying a brand new one. However, what we wanted was to get it from a dealership that would like to establish a relationship with us. One where all sales consultants and departments work together to serve you as 1 team. This certainly goes a long way in getting that expected afgter-sales-service, right? We did get that positive feeling at Kingsway Toyota, and we would recommend our friends getting their next Toyota from Kingsway. Nishant & Aish More
