Great experience overall Wade and Jorge were simply great to deal with. Jorge was friendly and honest right off the bat and not at all pushy. It was late in the day so the test drive was really short but he didn't push the sale and allowed me to take the car for a second extended test drive when I had more time in my schedule. He didn't talk about the details of the sale until I was ready and even then didn't try to push or rush anything. There were some issues with the car that needed to be fixed after taking delivery but both Jorge and Wade were quick to respond and deal with them. Wade made sure everything was dealt with until I was happy. He did everything he said he would do to deal with the issues. Overall great experience dealing with these guys. More

The worst experience I have ever had. I buy/sell a lot of vehicles and have tried a lot of dealerships. The professionalism including simple communication and due diligence here was truly I buy/sell a lot of vehicles and have tried a lot of dealerships. The professionalism including simple communication and due diligence here was truly one of the worst I have ever had. Long story short. Brokered a deal with management/sales, came back to sign paperwork the next day (I live out of town), waited 3 hours PAST my set appointment for 530pm only to find out the deal couldn't happen....enter sales pitch. Left frustrated, they noted that management would call me the next day at noon. Waited 3 days, no response. Requested several return calls from Management to explain situation, no response. Emailed and got a response finally with new deal again. Came down to sign paper work yet again. Deal was again not valid/possible? Luckily this time they noted they would make it happen. Came out with a deal I was relatively happy with, truly. Fast forward. Have owned the truck for over a month now. And guess what. Still paying two payments from the old car I traded in. Several emergent calls to dealership, and no response. Finally, response that dealership sent payment 3 weeks after I bought the truck. I am still sitting here paying off a vehicle that I do not own with a bank account well in the red due to this. The car is not a question, Toyotas are amazing. The ongoing experience however is a nightmare. More
