Johnny the service manager went above and beyond for me in addressing my needs. Kim was also one of the friendliest service advisor that I have ever met and I have been driving and servicing vehicles for over thirty years. I won't go into details about the issues I had other than I had been turned away elsewhere. Thank you Kingsway Toyota! More importantly thank you Johnny and Kim!! There are hundreds of competitors, and customers will choose ... provide a better understanding of what really makes a great salesperson Here I found staff to be much helpful, courteous and superb in all aspects of dealing with their customers. Most of my dealings are with Haneen and I find her to have empathy (the ability to relate to customers effectively), ego drive (gaining gratification by persuading to do what you want him to do that is good for both) , and ego strength (the resilience to move onto the next task). I am confident that Haneen brings the same perspective and integrity to all aspects of her work. She is an excellent ambassador of Kingsway Toyota and I commend hem most highly. I am also writing to offer my sincere thanks to all your staff, that quickly take the initiative and offer help. From the start I knew that I could trust him to provide me with reliable information and service. Later, I had Kim Mackinnon as my service advisor. Kim is friendly and knowledgeable. Even when she is under pressure, she stills smile and maintain her professionalism. As a result of the good customer service that Jonny and Kim provide, I am glad to say that I am back at Kingsway Toyota. I have recommended my friends and coworkers to see Kim and Johnny when they need to have their cars service. I trust them and know that they will take care of my car’s needs.
