Thanks Merry Christmas Haneen is very present and trust worthy. My wife is able to book an appointment simply sign a work order can be quickly escorted to work. My wife trust that she will not be called in relation to work and it will be done by the end of the day as per my requests. I am very specific in regards to what's done and who works on my wife's vehicle. She is always able to both keep me posted and make these requests happen. My wife's vehicle has over 400,000 km on it services are done with this consideration. I have never been pressured to spend money I don't feel is required while still feeling well informed. She also takes things that don't happen on time etc. very personally and Apologetically. I recommend her as an advisor and Richie as a technician to everybody. Couldn't find area to rate Richie? Old Car, Fresh Experience I went in to get my '99 Corolla serviced expecting the same story from the service advisor, "buy a new one, it's going to cost more to fix".
