Service Experience In March 2013, we had an appointment to service our 4Runner. We told them we needed it done by 1PM, because we are from out of town and had to be some In March 2013, we had an appointment to service our 4Runner. We told them we needed it done by 1PM, because we are from out of town and had to be somewhere right after. We were disappointed to come back to the dealership at 1PM and see that our 4Runner was not serviced yet, so we took it and left. We rescheduled an appointment for the next day. When we picked up the vehicle the next day we were charged and were not happy about that since we stayed at a hotel just to have our vehicle service. We saw Johnny immediately after and told him our situation with the servicing, and he gave us credit towards our next service, which we were happy about. We will be pleased to do servicing with Kingsway Toyota again! More
