Highlander purchase This is the second time we have bought a vehicle from Kingsway Toyota. First time was buying a 2006 Sienna 8 years ago. We still have the Sienna. It This is the second time we have bought a vehicle from Kingsway Toyota. First time was buying a 2006 Sienna 8 years ago. We still have the Sienna. It now has 245,000 km on it and is running fine. This time we dealt with Rob Sebesten and Justin Raspier. Both were energetic and honest. I had technical questions that they did not just guess at answering. They found out the proper answers and let me know. Catherine in finance took our deposit and started to explain the extended warranty. When we said we weren't interested, she accepted this and moved on. Alan in finance had to be told three times we weren't interested in an extended warranty which was frustrating. My wife has now been driving the Highlander for approx. a month and loves that she chose it. We are happy that we bought the Highlander and would buy a vehicle from Rob and Justin again. More

I asked another dealership about type and availability of correct charger and got no help. Pat answered the Parts' phone when I called Kingsway and knew exactly what I needed. He ordered it for me and Ian called me today to say it was in. I picked it up this afternoon (and received a surprise bag of swag with the charger!). All employees I spoke with were pleasant and courteous and portrayed an attitude of wanting to deliver excellent service. Based on the service of the Parts Dept, I will be purchasing my next vehicle at Kingsway Toyota! More
