The manager I dealt with was also incredibly helpful and really made an effort to get me the best deal for what I could afford. The finance department was also really helpful and friendly. Great job and Excellent experience I purchased my 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid in Calgary and my backup camera did not work any more, and it took me a lot of energy and time to negotiate wi I purchased my 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid in Calgary and my backup camera did not work any more, and it took me a lot of energy and time to negotiate with the Calgary Heninger Toyota dealership. As a result, they required me to go back to be fixed. That's crazy! Fortunately, Service Manager, Johnny Yu, tried everything to help me out, and he replaced the new backup camera by himself. It's very impressive that he made a few calls to remind me that he did not forget me since not any news came out yet. Everything is perfect now. He is very experienced, professional and very patient. I greatly appreciate everything what he did. I went to the Service Department a few time but it was the first time to meet Haneen, and she was very helpful, friendly and patient. I was very happy with the services she provided. Bob picked me up on time and he was very polite and friendly. I was grateful that my car was maintained and repaired by Kingsway Toyota. I would highly recommend the service department of Kingsway Toyota to anyone who wants their vehicles performed , and I will continue to go there do some regular maintenance. More
