On the pickup date, Chris provided us a briefing on the use of the car and the vital information that we should know about the car. Parts department however, are very accommodating and always provide information to inquiries with regards to parts. The service department on the other hand always provided me excellent services on our other car every time I have my regular service maintenance. She cares about her customers. Sometimes it was a little difficult for me to describe the problems due to my little knowledge of the vehicle. However, Ms. Hannan always was willing to listen to me and tried her best to help me out. Yesterday she worked hard to keep updating my status of my Camry Hybrid, and communicate with her colleagues constantly.
