They were also exceedingly courteous in providing a shuttle service and on more than one occasion the Sales person that I was dealing with, Roneil Sewak, personally took care to ensure that we were picked up and dropped back. All these small courtesies make a huge difference particularly when we are new to Edmonton (and the country) and we were not having a vehicle to visit and explore our options. My car was ready to go the very next day with it all cleaned inside and out, even got remote starter installed. like i said service is fast and amazing. Big thanks to Robby in the finace department, he knows how to do his job with great knowledge and professionalism and at the same time keep it fun and upbeat. Also Chris in the sales department is awesom, he has the right attitude to get the job done, very helpful guy, great manager. Last but not least Jorge in the used sales department is amazing, words cant explain how well he did his job. he did it with great passion and seem to care very much about his customers, making them feel like at home. His customers service skills are off the charts, you need more guys like Jorge to run dealerships to make the business successful, he represents this company very well and should be proud.
