The Best Toyota Dealership in Town I walked in to the dealership this morning at 7:00am thinking i would be the first one there. I was wrong, as there was a long line up. This wasn't a bad thing because it gave me a chance to look at the new line of vehicles in the show room, and all the sweet TRD swag. As i turns out the line went very quickly, and it was my turn to speak to Thon, who was in no way overwhelmed by the line up of people all waiting for him. He was friendly and direct, and had me on my way quickly. The amazing thing to me as how responsive he was to me all day regarding my 2014 Tacoma. (i think he realized it was my baby!) Every single time i visit Kingsway Toyota I am reminded of what service should really be like at all of the other places i have bought vehicles from in the past. More

They were also exceedingly courteous in providing a shuttle service and on more than one occasion the Sales person that I was dealing with, Roneil Sewak, personally took care to ensure that we were picked up and dropped back. All these small courtesies make a huge difference particularly when we are new to Edmonton (and the country) and we were not having a vehicle to visit and explore our options.
