Started off Negotiating with invoice pricing with exact numbers and tells us that it doesn't exist and there's no such thing as invoice pricing. After coming to an agreement on pricing. Haven't even run a credit check and knowing that credit score would be good. They tell us that they would not give us Toyota's financing rate and tells us to go look for a bank. Talked to many people and no one has ever heard of this before. Knowing 3 friends who are also looking for Toyota's at the moment, wouldn't get business here from the way we have been treated. More

Used car purchase Not too happy with how purchase went. Wanted us to pay for vehicle day before pick up, we did, Picking up vehicle at set time but nothing ready, Afte Not too happy with how purchase went. Wanted us to pay for vehicle day before pick up, we did, Picking up vehicle at set time but nothing ready, After vehicle cleaned up noticed marks and bondo, also made strange noise but didn't on test drive. We asked to back out of deal and were told no, now know why they wanted us to pay in advance. Had no paper work and had to return as did not get bill of sale. They did have a tech drive with me to explain the noise, made them note it on the bill of sale, and they had the buffing guys try and redo the buffing can't buff bad body work. Went here to get big dealer sales and service and got corner lot business, it's buyer beware at Kingsway Toyota! More

I swore I would not come back. However, the device department was good, so when Kingsway asked if I would consider an upgrade to a 2015, I decided to give them a second chance. Dedicated and gets the job done!! I contacted Kingsway Toyota to see if I could trade in a US vehicle with a US plate without too many complications and I was helped by Maja Harding. I was driving from 3 hours away and I planned to pick up the vehicle when I arrived. Maja found out for me very quickly that it was possible and it was not complicated. She told me to get certain information about the vehicle I was to trade in, I got it for her, and in just a few calls back and forth she had numbers for me. I was super happy with her service and was so touched that she stayed after hours for me. She is someone who goes out of her way to satisfy her customer and I was 100% satisfied with her service!! As I arrived I was greeted by Allyson who was at the front desk. She was very friendly and made my stay comfortable as I was with my one year old son. She made sure I was okay and she also played with my son and made him happy too! I was at the dealership for quite a long time and my son was getting irritated because he was getting hungry and tired. Allyson was there from beginning to the end checking up on us always with a positive attitude and a smile! :) Thank You! Jordan made the US trade to a Canadian vehicle very smooth for me. There was a lot of work to do because it was an out of country vehicle, but he made it happen without me having to do anything! The only thing for me was to go to a registry and change the title of the vehicle from a US to Canadian, and even that, he had taken care of it for me and I didn't have to do a thing!! I purchased a new sienna xle limited and it was difficult to get it financed because I recently purchased a new vehicle not to long ago and I didn't have the best credit history. I was getting rejected by many banks, but Alan stayed positive and looked for alternate ways to get me approved. It took a lot of effort and time and I knew he was busy so I felt really bad. He stayed in contact to let me know what was going on and what was needed. In the end, after a long day, I got approved and took this gorgeous vehicle home! He is the guy to go to. I am completely satisfied and super lucky to have him help me get this car financed. Lastly, Mariia made sure I was happy with the vehicle, she showed me around and gave me an overview of car. She is very informative and knows her stuff!! She always has a bright and positive attitude. Excellent customer service! She called me the next morning to follow up on my purchase and to make sure I was a happy customer. She too has gone out of her way to meet my needs and make this difficult trade-in possible. I owe her great thanks!! She is awesome!! This is a long review, but I cannot say enough about these people. They are truly the best team I've seen. My experience at this dealership will never be forgotten. It is by far the BEST service I have gotten at a dealership in my life so far and the teamwork of these people is incredible! Bad customer service I am very disapointed on how I was treated at this Location. At first waited for almost 3 hrs for the paperwork, waited for two weeks for the approval I am very disapointed on how I was treated at this Location. At first waited for almost 3 hrs for the paperwork, waited for two weeks for the approval. Put $2000 for down payment and wan't approved. I am not after the approval but the customer service itself. I paid cash and I told the Sales Rep to refund my money in cash too but issued me a cheque instead. I felt so insulted. I felt like, they treated me like I was no one coz I did not get approve. They ignored me and let me wait and call them back and forth. They charged so fast but the refund took two weeks, plus need to clear the cheque for aaprox 5 days...Not really happy on how they treat a customer. More
