Terrible customer service. Would NEVER recommend Township Chevrolet to ANYONE...Would highly recommend their competitor Hillside Chevrolet. My sales associate was dishonest and untrustworthy. He promised to deliver my car to my place of employment as I live over 1hr from dealership. After waiting over 3 days for a call from my sales associate I ended up calling him. The car was apparently ready 2 days prior to my call. I was never notified. My sales rep advised me they had no phone number or email on file. I found this outrageous as I did my financing through there office. I ended up driving 2hrs to pick up my car My negotiated new winter tires were installed with incorrect sized tires. The list can go on....PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP....Please go to HILLSIDE Chevrolet where you will be treated with respect and honesty More

this dealership does not tell the car history i found out the carfax history about a week after the car purchase which indicates the vehicle was a commercial vehicle. The windshield was replaced before car was delivered to me with extra damages paint chips ,dash has to be replaced key fobs have to be replaced hand prints on side posts from window being installed (dirt) was told by used sales manager i boughtthe car as is (still under warranty) oh did i mention i had to call GMin ont as i want this to be noted Now Daniel B offered 800 dollars for the damages i got a gm quote for replacement parts after i refused the two options Daniel B gave me which was 800 dollars or i could return the car. that wasn't going to happen Did i mention the vehicle came with two nice new tires on the front and left old tires on the back,only problem with that is they are the wrong size and different brands for awd vehicle perfect they offered to replace the oversized tires on the front after pointing out it needs four same tires215 55 18 continental tires which are the original tires as they are worn in the rear and awd need four tire replacement so the awd works properly .Got the price quote work was authorized.my last conversation with Daniel B he was going to cancel the tires.I reminded him there is the third option to settle all this crap and that would be court he now refuses to deal with me and tells for anything else go through warranty. I IThink the owner is not aware of how serious i am and my request to have him contact me falls on deaf ears so folks BEWARE OF TOWNSHIP!!!! More
