Misleading! Waste of my time and theirs! I contacted Helena about a used 2017 Buick Encore Silver and a 2017 Black Encore . Was told the Black Encore was sold, but the silver was available. S I contacted Helena about a used 2017 Buick Encore Silver and a 2017 Black Encore . Was told the Black Encore was sold, but the silver was available. Spoke With Mitch told him about my credit not being good. I let him go ahead an see what he could do budget wise and if they would take me on. He called back said yes, he has a couple of offers on and if I could go in at 12:30 the next day. I went the next day and was ready for my test drive. I come out to a 2017 Blue encore. Nice vehicle , don't like blue. Asked about the silver one that I had called about , Helena told me this was just for the sake of the test drive as they all drive the same. Very nice vehicle. Not what I wanted. Back into the office . Sat for a period of time, Mitch wanted to make one more phone call to the bank. I sat there and when he came back asked if there was another color I liked that the silver one had sold. I said Black, well they found a black one after I was told it was sold. Took it for a drive loved it. Went back to the office he showed me the the payments almost double what I told them my budget was. I said I thought I would wait and get what I wanted. He then sent Helena for a black sonic and they brought it around front , he told me that was in my budget , to take it for a test drive. I said no not what I want. He then told me that 2 banks would not take me on and that I only had one bank to choose from...I said that is fine. I will wait. I reflected on this meeting and the funny thing is Is I never did see that silver Encore that I went to see.But funny how the black encore all of sudden was on the lot! I was livid the next day when I looked at my equifax report and there were 5 inquires!. My daughter and her husband had the same experience last year. They went in to look at a dodge journey and ended up with an Equinox . Not what they wanted . They bought the Equinox and found out that the time chain was gone and had a heck of time for them to fix it. They went back in and came home with a chevy cruise, very nice car ,they are having a few problems with. But they are in debt up to their ying yang because I guess when they seen two twenty year olds come thru the door , they were easy prey.......I am soon going to be buying a new vehicle, but after this experience I will buy elsewhere....Just a heads up! Honesty is the best policy . More

Amazing Service! Once again, I have received excellent service from this dealership. The ever so efficient, Marvin, called to inform me my new tires were in & Lynn (su Once again, I have received excellent service from this dealership. The ever so efficient, Marvin, called to inform me my new tires were in & Lynn (such a lovely person) promptly met me when I arrived & took the required info to proceed. A young man did an awesome job not only with the installation, but, also by putting on a new part to ensure "the light" on the instrument panel doesn't come back on. While I was waiting, Helena dropped by to say, "Hi" along with Brian. The dear Eddie Shea (great personality) came by for a chat and set me up with a wonderful young man, Keagan Matheson, to test drive a newer model of my auto. What a charming young man! While paying, Marvin, Lynn, Robin & I had a brief chat, where Marvin took the time to explain a detail to me & then I was introduced to my technician, Shawn LeClair. This was special to me as I take pride in my auto's & appreciate meeting the person who, actually, works on them. Township is such a wonderful business where every member of the staff goes the extra mile to ensure the client is pleased & I must add..entertained...while the client waits. Personality goes a long way & this dealership has the best trained staff with personality!! Highly recommend!! More

Excellent Service! Even though everyone was very busy, I was made to feel "special" just for coming in for an oil change. Marvin promptly set me up with the spectacular Robyn, who is always so accommodating and friendly. Andrew was so very quick and efficient and had my auto ready to roll within an hour. Unfortunately, I didn't see my "Teddy Bear" around anywhere. Couldn't leave without saying "Hi!" to the witty Eddie. Such an amazing crew to deal with. Always a pleasure!! More
