These guys in the service department are awesome I came into this dealership one day on a tow truck and was greeted by George what a great guy he was. He was very unprofessional, he just want your money to make his commission.He could careless if you get proper service or not. I asked him a question, no eye contact, rude and arrogant. He was awful, treats people with no respect, he rudely shoves me away "just wait over there, he says" He never explained the service i got, when i need to exit, he did not show me the way and just said when you drive your car to gate it will automatically open...not true, i went to gate it never opened until a few minutes later he comes to open it. Terrible, terrible and very awful service from this unprofessional advisor. Unfortunate for this dealership to have him cause the technician and the other advisor Kevin was very awesome. Kevin when he handed me my key, you can feel his sincere approach..but unfortunately Bart was my advisor, threw my keys at me. He even ask me to give him good score, with his poor service and unrespectful approach, i am so afraid of dealership...it was a terrible and scary experience. More

He he listens to your needs and priorities, he only recommends when you ask for a recommendation, and the fact that he truly cares about making sure you're a happy customer shines through in every interaction. This is extremely rare and not something to be looked over! After hearing horror story after horror story about sleazy sales tactics and hidden fees, I had my hackles up, researching every nuance to death about the car buying experience, preparing for surprise fees at every turn. None of that was necessary. Joe sold me the nicest car I've ever owned at an incredible price, and he made the experience unforgettable. Joe still gets in touch to see how I like my car and if there's anything I need. The way he conducted this sale earned him a faithful customer, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Called the dealership about several issues, was scheduled into service immediately. The staff walked me through the various issues pointing out options (some bodywork damage etc...) suggested a plan of actio into service immediately. The service was conducted promptly, amenities at the dealership (free wifi, coffee, table & chair) meant that I could work while I waited. REALLY convenient. Everything was taken care of quickly, the staff was very friendly. The price for all the maintenance was as quoted.
