2012 Wrangler purchase great service! John was super helpful. Being a young consumer I had already been soured by a bunch of dealers in town who wouldn't give me the time of day. Service Department I had made an appointment to have the low tire pressure lights reset on the dash. After I made the appointment online I received a call to just go to I had made an appointment to have the low tire pressure lights reset on the dash. After I made the appointment online I received a call to just go to the express lube service and they will take it in, will only take a fee minutes. So this morning I went and waited in line for service to open, I was the 8th person in line. When I finally spoke to the service writer he said just fill the tires and the lights will go off. I told him I did that already. Then he tells me "it's going to be a long time cuz all these people are in front of you". He pointed to the people in line behind me. I asked him why he didn't reply. I said I'll come back another time he rolls his eyes and sighs. This is the second time at Tower Service Dept and in both instances the service has been poor. My other vehicle is a BMW I would suggest your service manager visit Calgary BMW and learn what customer service is. I will not return to Tower Chrysler. More

Amazing! Tower Chrysler is by far the best customer service I have ever received when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone I saw was happily busy, having enough time to say hi and ask if I needed any help. After talking with a few very pleasant people, I was passed onto Eldon Lam. He was AMAZING! He listened to my story and what I was looking for and found the perfect vehicle for me. I made a deal that very same day to trade in my jeep for a dodge journey. I couldn't be happier with this choice. Eldon was very knowledgable and went above and beyond to give me the best deal to get me out of a bind. Jeff Huesken was amazing in the finance department. He was quick with getting documents ready and offered to have my insurance contact him directly to make the process easier for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you all for your help.
