2012 Wrangler purchase great service! John was super helpful. Being a young consumer I had already been soured by a bunch of dealers in town who wouldn't give me the time of day. Service Department I had made an appointment to have the low tire pressure lights reset on the dash. After I made the appointment online I received a call to just go to I had made an appointment to have the low tire pressure lights reset on the dash. After I made the appointment online I received a call to just go to the express lube service and they will take it in, will only take a fee minutes. So this morning I went and waited in line for service to open, I was the 8th person in line. When I finally spoke to the service writer he said just fill the tires and the lights will go off. I told him I did that already. Then he tells me "it's going to be a long time cuz all these people are in front of you". He pointed to the people in line behind me. I asked him why he didn't reply. I said I'll come back another time he rolls his eyes and sighs. This is the second time at Tower Service Dept and in both instances the service has been poor. My other vehicle is a BMW I would suggest your service manager visit Calgary BMW and learn what customer service is. I will not return to Tower Chrysler. More
