I have spoken with the Express Manager and he advised me that you had also requested "codes to be cleared" but that you preferred not to wait. If there was any indication of an inappropriate expression we apologise, this will be addressed by the Service Manager. It is regrettable to lose a customer but we hope that you will consider using the Tower Express Lane in the future.
