When I went to pick up the truck, the finance associate couldn't have been less interested in helping me at all. I was going to pack in the whole deal there. I wanted to see the truck and he just told me it was out on the lot. Trouble is there are lots of trucks similar to the one I wanted. I just felt like he brushed me off completely. I bought the truck and they were supposed to install the NAV, they didn't....I had to go back but the only guy in the whole organization that could do it was away for the weekend....so I had to wait an additional week for this. I also had to make a special trip back to the store to get my deposit refunded....The truck was also not detailed properly when it was traded in as the cab had a bad odor of cigarette smoke. I was told the machine they took was stolen by an outgoing employee and they were getting a new one and would phone me within the week. This was 2 weeks ago... Every time I talk to someone there they are friendly and willing to help......just seems odd that I have to keep following up with them over and over on everything. I am trying real hard to not be "the bad customer" but I expected more.....I expected to matter. Love the truck and Value I got price point wise....just want to make sure in my own career, I never make a customer feel like they made me feel. This will not build loyalty. More

Terrible Service I purchased a new Key Fob from them and it cost almost $300 then the key lost it's programming and I had to have my vehicle towed in for service. The I purchased a new Key Fob from them and it cost almost $300 then the key lost it's programming and I had to have my vehicle towed in for service. The service rep, Shelley, literately raised her voice almost to a yell when I questioned why I was being charged for a faulty key fob that I had bought from them. The service manager, Larry, would not warranty the key fob and his reasoning was that he said "how do I know that you didn't go out and buy another key from somewhere else or that you didn't find an old key and used it", (direct quote) even though they had record of my purchase and I had the bill from them! They proceeded to charge me $190 to fix the key fob. I also want to add that they did not provide an estimate for this work and proceeded without my consent. It is dealerships like this that give the industry a bad name, I have since lodged a complaint with Dodge and urge anyone that receives this type of service to do the same. More

Oil Change took for ever I went to the express lube and it took them and hour and a half to get my oil change done. If I had to pay for this service I would NOT go back howeve I went to the express lube and it took them and hour and a half to get my oil change done. If I had to pay for this service I would NOT go back however I get free oil changes as part of the deal when I purchased with tower. Mr. lube does the same work in 20 mins or less. There is no way a simple oil change should take that long. My time is worth something please remember that. I don't think you should call your self express lube and have people wait around that long. If I was told it would be that long, I would have come back but I was told my vehicle was in next should be 30 mins More

good to poor The experience buying a car is wonderful, similar to a honeymoon. But when you need a service the honeymoon is over. When you go in for the free oil The experience buying a car is wonderful, similar to a honeymoon. But when you need a service the honeymoon is over. When you go in for the free oil change that's when the fun begins. There is nothing free about it. They will come up with something to charge you with like changing your brake fluid, in 50 years and 25+ vehicles I have never changed my brake fluid until now. Now I am supposed to have a complete inspection for $85 or no warranty guarantee. They start in with Chrysler's requirements and if you don't comply they threaten you with terminating the warranty. I will never buy another new car especially from Chrysler. More

Second Tower Chrysler Purchase I had originally purchased my 2012 Ram 1500 from Nathan Tomilson in October 2013. I was very pleased with both the price and service I received. I didn't do a lot of shopping around as I knew what wanted, what it was worth, used the internet, and based on a friends recommendation after buying from Tower. Our most recent purchase has been a 2012 Dodge Journey Crew edition. We made this purchase in January of 2015, again from Nathan, and again without a lot of shopping around. Prior to making our purchases we looked on many dealership web sites; and with this being winter in Calgary, what better way to shop. We found Tower's web site to be the best of the lot with plenty of pictures and useful information, so when we did go to the dealership we knew what we were looking at. Again Nathan helped us out and all involved gave us the best service. Footnote: recently my wife had a very minor collision at her work place involving her Journey. I contacted Shawn at Tower who very expeditiously obtained pre purchase pictures of the rear of our new Journey clearly showing all preexisting damage. Again... A job well done! Thank you all! Our son will be driving soon, and I'm sure our tradition with Tower Chrysler will continue. Bill and Rosina Weston More
