Jeremy is an excellent customer service rep and better than any other at this dealer! Although my issues have not been fully resolved (most have), Jeremy does his best to troubleshoot and think outside the box. The only issue that I have is not with service but with the product itself. A Chrysler cabin air filter kit was installed and now leaks water in behind my glove compartment. This product is no longer made. A resolution for an inadequate part has not been rectified. A cabin air kit is necessary for dirt roads so unsure what can be done at this point. Thank you Jeremy. He made the deal effortless, and met our needs in everyway. After making the deal, we were swiftly escorted to Byron, who then made the financing of the vehicle extremely painless. He gave me great direction and was tremendously helpful and accommodating when it came to tecieving documents etc. I will be recommending the people and the dealership to all of my friends and family. Misleading way too many people involved in the sales process. Their main focus was just to get docs signed, which took away from the positive customer experience way too many people involved in the sales process. Their main focus was just to get docs signed, which took away from the positive customer experience. Limited inventory, especially colour. 0% financing is misleading and not properly disclosed. Paperwork was wrong and had to be adjusted while we waited. Jeff Huesken was great.......and he is a finance guy! Picked up the new vehicle and only had one key. Hopefully the service experience is better. More
2015 Dodge journey I'm a bit frustrated with Dodge Journey, first i had a 2014 journey a year ago and i received a letter for ABS recall, Then I get charge for $44 for f I'm a bit frustrated with Dodge Journey, first i had a 2014 journey a year ago and i received a letter for ABS recall, Then I get charge for $44 for fixing my tire even I insist that i have a warranty for my tires. Then the frustrating part was no one call me back to say that your service department overlook the guaranteed warranty on my tires I will get a re-imbursement of my money. It took almost 3 months and finally I get a check last March 10, 2016 ($44 re-imbursement) if I didn't drop by to the service department last thursday March 10, 2016. The second frustration was I went to trade my 2014 Journey last January2016 to a 2015 Journey and after 2 months of driving I get a letter from FCA for ABS recall and Radio recall .My question is "How reliable is the Dodge product? and hopefully I wont receive any recall letters from FCA as i'm hoping your product is safe and reliable. To be honest with you I'm looking for another brand as my frustration with the car keeps adding up and real customer service people is missing in your company with the excemption of Jeremy Rae.( He know's what he's doing and he's excellent service advisor). I also work in a customer service industry and I know the true value of customer experience. More
