Amazing & Incomparable Service & Hospitality We went in to simply look at the different levels of trim packages for a caravan as we had just been given a rental vehicle that same afternoon. Obviously the Dodge Caravan sells itself as a vehicle, but as consumers we also need to find that number that would keep us comfortable within budget for our family. Our salesman Robert was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what we were looking for at the right price range which was our deciding factor. He went above and beyond staying much later in the day to help us get into a new vehicle. Eddie helped make the numbers work for our family and consistently checked in on us throughout the evening to make sure all of our needs were being met. Then we met Sue, who besides being an absolute delight and actually makes signing away large sums of money enjoyable, never quit pursuing financial institutions until a better financing agreement was on the table. I do not know how inappropriate it is to say on a review, but she kicks xxx. These employees turned our non-Dodge family, into very loyal customers who will continue coming back to Tower time and time again. More

Misinformation Overall the sale/trade in was okay but misinformation from the salesman regarding the cost of an option I really wanted and asked several times for cl Overall the sale/trade in was okay but misinformation from the salesman regarding the cost of an option I really wanted and asked several times for clarification is going to cost me 4 times more to have it installed then my sales person told me, Very disapointing and I will take my vehicle to a different dealership to get the work done out of principal. Another thing that also troubles me is I was contacted by the dealer after the sale to see how the experience was. I relayed my concern and was told they would look into my concern and get back to me yet several weeks have passed now and no further contact. I guess that says it all! More
