I recently visited a few other dealerships and it was obvious that I needed to return to Tower Chrysler. I honestly felt as though the other salesman at the other dealerships were only there to move product and not to ensure that their clients received a positive experience. I sincerely appreciated Shane's enthusiasm, professionalism and his conduct through out the transaction. He even went the extra mile to get the 3M on the vehicle with short notice. Service Disaster The start was pretty good then it all went down hill. Dropped off the jeep at 1230 told it would be ready by 230 it wasn't ready til 530. I was told r The start was pretty good then it all went down hill. Dropped off the jeep at 1230 told it would be ready by 230 it wasn't ready til 530. I was told removal of the running board would be free then told by service it would cost $150. When I complained they did it for free, I shouldn't have had to complain, they should have just done what was offered, which was no charge for removal. Arriving at home I discovered dents on my back cargo door created by the running boards stored in the back. I am literally 10 minutes away from the dealership, I did not stop suddenly nor did I make quick starts. A mechanic once told me to drive a vehicle gently for the first 1000 km to provide better future performance, that is what I practice. I suspect the person placing the running boards in the back did not have them in fully and prematurely closed the door. I called then emailed photos of the damages and confirmed that the photos were received.. Almost 2 weeks after the incident and I have still not heard back. More
