High volume, no follow-up, won't respond to emails. I bought a 2016 2500 RAM from Sales Rep Vince Khan, during test drive he told me it was configured for 5th wheel with wiring and tow package. Signed I bought a 2016 2500 RAM from Sales Rep Vince Khan, during test drive he told me it was configured for 5th wheel with wiring and tow package. Signed the paper work and when I came to pick up the truck next day, realized it was not configured for 5th wheel towing. An honest mistake on the salesman's part, but I followed up multiple time with rep, manager and business manager< Jeff Huesken. They have done nothing! I wasn't expecting much, but they refuse to return my messages or offer anything for their mistake! I'll pay to have the towing package installed somewhere other than Tower Chrysler. I will have my vehicle serviced somewhere other than Tower and I will tell at least 100 people about my xxxxty experience with these clowns!! More
