No Ability To Get Recalls Dealt With I've been at this dealer four times trying to get my recalls dealt with and have had no success. My requests go back five months and I'm still waiting I've been at this dealer four times trying to get my recalls dealt with and have had no success. My requests go back five months and I'm still waiting for the call that the parts are in. The recall notice says there's a chance the power steering hose may rupture in cold ambient weather and it's now winter. I've also logged a complaint with the National call centre which doesn't seem to mean anything. I would suggest staying away from this dealer. More

He was knowledgeable, professional, listened to what I was looking for and We went to Tower to purchase a new vehicle. The salesman Robert was great. He was knowledgeable, professional, listened to what I was looking for and provided good recommendations. Brent in the financing department was also helpful and spent time looking for lower cost solutions for us. My only issue was with the sale price. Robert and I had an agreement on price but when the sales manager got involved they added $1000 to our agreed upon price. I discussed with them and they honored the original agreement but I would have preferred not to have to re-negotiate it. All in all the experience was good and I would not hesitate to go back there for my next purchase. More
