Bought a Jeep Patriot and a Dodge Dart John was excellent to deal with when buying the vehicles. But we did have some issues when picking them up. Bought them on a Saturday and the car was John was excellent to deal with when buying the vehicles. But we did have some issues when picking them up. Bought them on a Saturday and the car was suppose to be ready on Monday with new snow tires and detailed. Neither was done. Couldn't pick up until Thursday. We had taken the Patriot with us on Saturday and were suppose to bring that one in when we picked up the car and it was suppose to have new winter tires and detailed to be picked up on Saturday. (When we originally took the Patriot, it was FILTHY. Couldn't believe that they would let a customer pick up a vehicle that they didn't even try to clean up a little bit. There was sugar spilled on the back seat carpet, marks on the seats, etc) very disappointing!! When we arrived on Saturday, it hadn't been detailed. Didn't pick that vehicle up until Wednesday. We live out of town so we were not happy about making several trips in to get vehicles only to find out that they weren't ready. The Patriot is a 2016 (demo) and the Dart is a 2015(used).. overall we were pleased with our initial experience and dealing with John but disappointed with the after sale service More

Dreadfull, employees were extremely rude I had not even set foot in the dealership and the sales people were being extremely rude and cutting me off.
