Fair deal I looked around several dealers prior to deciding on a Ram 1500 from Tower. They gave me the best trade price and the best deal. Six months later I ran into a problem with towing options I thought I had already. Tower gave me a good price to have them retro fitted and then chipped in on the deal as well. Excellent Service I had yet another great experience at Tower Chrysler. The Sales Representative, the Sales Manager, the Finance Manager and the Director of Finance al I had yet another great experience at Tower Chrysler. The Sales Representative, the Sales Manager, the Finance Manager and the Director of Finance all went out of their way to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted, within the price range that I wanted. In particular, Byron Ellett was outstanding in ensuring I got a loaner vehicle in very short order while the truck was being prepared. Alexandra went to great length to explain the intricacies of warranties, corrosion prevention program, and simplified the whole process. Greg was very accommodating, approachable and ensured I got the deal that was within my price range. A thank you to Kasia for following up at the end of the day. All in all, the staff at Tower Chrysler are top-notch, friendly, courteous, and professional. It is why I keep coming back to this dealer and would gladly recommend them to anyone, whether you are buying a car, Jeep or truck. More

Lied to and belittled I went here and bought a brand new vehicle, October 2016. When we were discussing payments and options I had the goal of 0% financing and started to w I went here and bought a brand new vehicle, October 2016. When we were discussing payments and options I had the goal of 0% financing and started to walk because I was told there was 3.49% on this vehicle. The Salesman then told me it's because the don't offer 0% on the trucks on the cars. "Never will" Tha being said, I bought my 2017 ram at 3.49% and now they are offering 0% financing on their trucks. So I was lied to, to get the sale. I came to a point where I have decided that this truck isn't for me and am going to just sell it, knowing I am going to take a large hit on my end to sell it. But I went in and all they did was laugh at me and ask why would you buy It if you can't afford it? I can afford it by the way. I won't ever come to this dealer again I won't ever talk good about tower or its employees because of this And lastly I could never recommend this place to anyone who is a first time buyer, because they take full advantage of it. The first detail off the lot from them was shotty, they missed 60% of the interior. Swirls on the paint everywhere. My taillights still had white marker all over them. My undercoating they did has little to no effort put it. I wanted 3m film on the front of the truck and mirrors, I got a strip on the rear bumper that sticks out. I was even under the impression that I even paid extra for it, but.i guess I paid extra for nothing but the lowest quality performance from every department my truck entered. The rain sensor was broken from the first time I saw the truck till a week after I bought it. And it was a big run around to find the part. No one knew where it was or that it was ordered. No work order was made up for it. Awful experience. To anyone who took the time to read this, save yourself the disappointment and shop elsewhere. More
