Great experience overall I walked in on a Wednesday evening knowing exactly what I wanted. Then walked out, just over an hour later, the proud owner of my new car. Dave (Gretz) was patient, understanding and knowledgeable. And despite the fact that I went in intending to purchase, he put no pressure on me at all, simply answering all the questions I had. Alex (Yun) did an excellent job of explaining the financial paperwork quickly. They each get five out of five points. The only reason the experience overall dropped to a four is due to the protection packages being finished three days earlier than expected. You may think that's a good thing, but I had to change my work plans three times, and kick my heels at Tower for nearly two hours Saturday while I tried to get hold of my insurance company to advise the insurance needed to start three days early and get an updated pink card. Sure, I could have waited til Tuesday to pick my new vehicle up... would you? More
