Wonderful Experience from Service Department I own an older model Jeep that had some serious issues with the motor. The parts staff did a great job finding parts that were needed for the repair I own an older model Jeep that had some serious issues with the motor. The parts staff did a great job finding parts that were needed for the repair. The service adviser kept me up to date as to what all was happening. The work was completed sooner than expected and it was quite evident that a professional job was done. Without the help from Tower, I would have been sidelined for quite some time. I highly recommend this dealership for major repairs. More

I was having second thouhgts It really would have been nice to go over everythimg one more time. The only good thing about doing it this way and this might be why it was done this way to us. Is As soon as i walked out, i didn't want it and i had no one to ask about that or if i even had a next step. 1) how do i or can i make a return 2) what does this truck have on it? would someone be going over this with me........ At the end I was in sighning papers and told i could pick it up latter today(mondy which turned into Wed late day ( not driven yet. Parked in driveway and thats were it stays. 2 years later I was having troubles getting my 2014 vehicle fixed to my satisfaction, Spent time with Chrysler Canada who basically did squat for my issues, I tried I was having troubles getting my 2014 vehicle fixed to my satisfaction, Spent time with Chrysler Canada who basically did squat for my issues, I tried 1.5 years earlier to get a deal done on a replacement vehicle, to no avail. Finally I spoke with Lance and he said he would make it right....which he did and went out of his way to make a deal and keep me happy. Kudos to the boys at Tower Chrysler and thanks for nothing Chrysler Canada....If you guys didn't have dealers like this I am sure you would be where you were before Lee stepped in back in the 1980's.
